HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Memberships grant the guest an "All Star Pass" worth 60 points...every day! Membership not valid on Saturday Night Events (8pm to 10pm, Saturdays). Guest is charged every month on the day of the month they originally purchased.
- Purchasing Adult needs to sign the paper contract in store for membership to begin. Members then check in at front desk to receive their daily wristband by showing their QR code that is emailed to them upon purchase.
- Siblings or parents get a $5 per month discount (so $30/month) on their membership pass. This discount is available online or in store.
- Points are only for one member. The membership must be assigned to one person. it cannot be transferred or shared.
- 20% off any birthday package. Call us to book a party with this discount.
- 20% discount on any item at “Post Game” cereal ice cream bar.
- HOW TO CANCEL: Email us at info@arena23sports.com to cancel. Guests can cancel anytime after 3 months. We require 3 business days prior to your cancellation date to process the cancellation.
*IMPORTANT: Red Passes CANNOT be shared among several people. Each participant needs their own pass.

- NEARLY 5x the points of an Amateur Pass and double the value.
- RED Silicone RFID wristband to keep and to bring back every visit.
- SKIP THE LINE (after your first visit) RED PASS members do not have to check in at the front desk unless they forgot their wristband and need to purchase another.
- Points don’t expire until a month (30 DAYS, to be exact) after purchase. For example, if you purchase pass on March 6, all unused points will expire on April 5th.
- 10% off RELOAD points. Members can reload points at any time in store or online. Your month timeline will restart.
